SHIPPING: F.O.B. Urbana, Maryland USA, by USPS or best way.
PAYMENT TERMS: All orders must be prepaid by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
RETURNS: Shipments should be inspected for damage and order accuracy, and incidents reported to us within five (5) days of receipt. Photo confirmation of damages may be requested. Product returns must be authorized by CIRCA-HOME, and those unrelated to the incidents above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original packaging materials (shipping containers, packing material and product containers) must accompany any returned product.

What are your policies regarding a shipment not received due to an error in the ship-to address?
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address which allows for unhindered delivery of the product. The address must be recognized and serviceable through the United States Parcel Service (USPS) or other official carrier. As to the incomplete or inaccurate shipping issues mentioned, the buyer will be charged shipping fees (1) incurred by us for a product returned to our facility and for shipping fees (2) relating to a secondary shipment of the product. Fees 1 and 2 will apply regardless of whether "free shipping" was offered or indicated on the initial order.
What if I wish to return an item I have purchased?
Any product return requires the buyer to contact us with their intent, and to gain authorization from us to proceed. We reserve the right to refund the cost of the product less shipping fees.
What if I wish to replace or exchange an item I have purchased?
Any product replacement or exchange requires the buyer to contact us with their intent, and to gain authorization from us to proceed. The buyer assumes the shipping costs for returning the product and the replacement product is then regarded as a separate and independent order.
What if I did not receive my package?
When your product order is expedited, tracking information is sent to you along with an estimated delivery date. We receive that information also. If your package is lost during transit and we are notified, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Packages marked "DELIVERED" are confirmed deliveries by the United States Postal Service. Delivery discrepancies should be reported to your local post office. Note: Packages marked "DELIVERED" are not eligible for replacement or refunds.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders can not be canceled, once order has "SHIPPED".
