CIRCA-HOME reserves the right to verify merchant status by inquiry and request of a Sales & Use Tax Number.

 

PAYMENT TERMS:  All orders must be prepaid by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

 

RETURNS:  Shipments should be inspected for damage and order accuracy, and incidents reported to us within five (5) days of receipt.  Photo confirmation of damages may be requested. Product returns must be authorized by CIRCA-HOME, and those unrelated to the incidents above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Original packaging materials (shipping containers, packing material and product containers) must accompany any returned product.

 

DISCLAIMERS:  CIRCA-HOME products are made by hand.  Although great care is used to maintain consistency in color, scent and appearance, slight variations may occur.  These are not to be considered as product damage.

 

A Warning Label accompanies each candle product and all precautions should be adhered to by both the retailer and end-user.  CIRCA-HOME is not responsible for product neglect or misuse.  Candles should be considered potentially hazardous and proper consIderation given to their use and maintenance.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS:  Candle products should be stored away from heat and direct sunlight-factors which affect the color and appearance of the product.  CIRCA-HOME is not responsible for damages due to improper storage.
